At Morgantown ELF, our mission is to foster a challenging and nurturing early learning environment. We deliver developmentally appropriate instruction tailored to individual differences and learning styles, encouraging each child to achieve their fullest potential.

Our dedicated staff is committed to educating the whole child by focusing on academic, emotional, social, physical, and nutritional development. Through our comprehensive curriculum, including the Monongalia County Collaborative Pre-K Program, we aim to exceed expectations and provide an enriching experience for every family we serve.

Commitment to Child Safety

The safety and well-being of every child are our highest priorities. Our staff undergo comprehensive training to ensure they are well-equipped to provide a secure environment for children. All team members are required to complete Preserve Health Training, Making a Difference/Mandated Reporting, Medication Administration, CPR/First Aid Certification, and Food Handlers Training. These qualifications, along with adherence to rigorous safety protocols, allow us to maintain a safe, nurturing space where children can thrive. Parents can trust that their children are cared for by highly trained and dedicated professionals every day.
